The situation in Ukraine is dire and sadly, continues to worsen. Russia’s bombardment of Ukraine’s energy infrastructure is leaving hundreds of thousands of people of all ages in the dark and the cold. Regular Ukrainians families’ ability to heat their homes is being crippled and they stare into the face a bitter winter.
At the start of the war, our parish really pulled together and made a substantial and highly valued contribution to assist Ukrainian families survive. The cost-of-living crisis means times are difficult for all of us, but we ask that you spare what you can to help people survive the winter.
