Many of our children attend the local maintained schools and we are happy to sign applications of those who regularly attend mass and participate in our parish life. Please note that the parish does not set the selection or entrance criteria, and individual enquiries about the criteria should be made at the appropriate school.
Those wishing for the parish to sign their forms must be registered members of the parish. |

School supplementary application forms can be obtained from the school website, but please remember to also complete the online form with Surrey County Council.

- Forms that are incomplete, filled in incorrectly or do not have the appropriate certificates will be returned and you will need to resubmit for signature with the correct information.
- It is the parent/guardian's responsibility to allow adequate time for the forms to be signed.
- If you have any problems just email the office and the parish team will respond within a few days.
- Signed forms can be collected from the sacristy after mass.
