Please note the following dates
Saturday 2nd June        No childrens' sessions due to half term
Saturday 9th June        Final childrens' session, either from 9:00am to 10:30am or from 4:00pm to 5:30pm
 
First Holy Communion Days and practice dates
These will take place over three Sundays as follows:-
 
Week 1:
Saturday 16th June     Practice day for those children who will receive First Communion on 17th June9:15 to 11:45am
Sunday 17th June       First Holy Communion. Please drop children off in the hall by 10:30am. Mass starts 11:15am
 
Week 2:
Saturday 23rd June     Practice day for those children who will receive First Communion on 24th June9:15 to 11:45am
Sunday 24th June       First Holy Communion. Please drop children off in the hall by 10:30am. Mass starts 11:15am
 
Week 3:
Saturday 30th June     Practice day for those children who will receive First Communion on 1st July9:15 to 11:45am
Sunday 1st July          First Holy Communion. Please drop children off in the hall by 10:30am. Mass starts 11:15am

Parents' Administration Meeting
Thank you to all of those who attended this meeting on 10th May. A copy of the handout can be downloaded below.
Sorry, but we cannot publish the list with the childrens names on the website.
 
DVD
A copy of the order form for the DVD can be downloaded below. Please note orders must be received by 2nd June and we need a minimum order of 25 at £25 each to make it viable for the DVD man to video the Communions. The more people that order, the cheaper the cost will be.
 

Photography for First Holy Communion Sundays
  • The photographer will take photographs of the children as follows: the children as a group with the cake, each child receiving their certificate, the children as a group on the Sanctuary steps after Mass, and the family photographs after Mass on the Sanctuary steps.
  • Photographs will be available a week of two after the final Communion Sunday and each child will be offered a minimum of 6 photographs - most will be offered 7 or 8, or more, depending upon the size of the family.
  • All photographs will be 8" x 6" and will be supplied with folder mounts making the total size including the mount 10" x 8".
  • There is no obligation to buy any photographs.
  • Those who wish to purchase photograph(s) may do so. The pricing is as follows:-
      • Any 1 print : £12.00
      • Any 6 prints: £50.00
      • Those choosing to buy 6 photographs for £50.00, may also choose any other already printed photograph(s) presented by the photographer on the day for an additional £5.00 each.
      • Orders for further reprints £12.00 each
  • Families can choose to book Mrs. Douet directly for 24 June and 1 July 2012 for 'natural' photographs outside. Please email Mrs Douet directly to register your interest at info@jodouetimages.com
